Privacy Policy
Plain-English answers on what Reflexsat IPTV stores, why we store it, and how you stay in control.
Reflexsat IPTV ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and writes this policy the way we'd want one written for us. Below you'll find what we collect when you browse reflexsatiptv.cam or use our IPTV subscription, why we keep it, and the controls you can pull at any time. No legal jargon traps. If a section is unclear, message us and we'll explain it in normal words.
1. Who We Are
Reflexsat is an IPTV subscription service. For any privacy question, ping us through the contact page or send a quick note over WhatsApp. A real human reads every message.
2. Data We Collect
What you give us directly
- Email address — needed to set up your account and send login details for your IPTV line.
- Payment info — handled by Stripe, PayPal or our crypto processor. We don't store full card numbers on our servers.
- Name — optional. We only ask if you raise a support ticket and want a personalised reply.
- Support messages — anything you send via email, WhatsApp or the contact form stays in your support thread.
What we pick up automatically
- IP address — used for fraud checks and country-based pricing. We don't keep a long-term log of it.
- Device and browser type — collected through cookies so pages render correctly on your screen.
- Pages you view and time on site — through analytics cookies, only if you've accepted them. See our Cookies Policy.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To create and run your IPTV subscription account.
- To deliver login credentials, billing receipts and service updates.
- To complete your payments through trusted processors.
- To answer support tickets quickly and accurately.
- To spot fraud and keep the service running smoothly.
- To meet any legal obligation we're bound by.
We do not sell your personal data. We don't rent it, swap it, or feed it into automated profiling that decides your subscription on its own.
4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
If you're based in the EU, here are the legal grounds we rely on:
- Contract performance — we need your email to deliver the IPTV plan you paid for.
- Legitimate interests — fraud screening and keeping the platform stable.
- Consent — for analytics and marketing cookies. You can withdraw it whenever you like.
- Legal obligation — where local law says we must store something.
5. Your Rights Under GDPR (EU Residents)
If you live in the European Economic Area, you've got these rights and you don't need a lawyer to exercise them:
- Access — ask for a copy of what we hold on you.
- Rectification — get any inaccurate data corrected.
- Erasure — request a full deletion ("right to be forgotten").
- Restrict processing — tell us to limit how we use specific details.
- Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format you can take elsewhere.
- Object — push back on anything based on legitimate interests.
- Withdraw consent — flip off cookie consent any time from the banner.
Drop us a line via the contact page to act on any of these. We reply inside 30 days, usually a lot faster.
6. Your Rights Under CCPA (California Residents)
If California is home, you've got the right to:
- Know exactly what personal information we collect and why.
- Request that we delete the data we hold.
- Opt out of the sale of personal information — and to be clear, we don't sell it in the first place.
- Get the same service whether or not you exercise these rights. No penalties for asking.
To file a CCPA request, head to the contact page and mention "CCPA" in your message.
7. Your Rights Under LGPD (Brazil Residents)
If you're in Brazil, the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados gives you parallel rights — access, correction, deletion, portability, and a clear answer on how your data is being processed. Same drill: write to us through the contact page and we'll handle it.
8. Who Sees Your Data
We share data on a strict need-to-know basis with:
- Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, crypto gateways) — to settle your subscription.
- Analytics providers (Google Analytics) — in anonymised form, and only after you've accepted cookies.
- Law enforcement — when a valid legal order forces our hand.
9. Data Retention
Your email stays on file for as long as your subscription is active, plus 90 days. After that it's gone, unless you ask us to wipe it sooner. Payment and billing records stick around for the period tax law requires — typically seven years.
10. Cookies
We use cookies for sign-in, country-based pricing and analytics. The cookie banner gives you a yes or no on the optional ones. For the full breakdown, our Cookies Policy covers every cookie we set and how to turn it off.
11. International Transfers
Our servers and some of our processors operate outside the EEA. When your data crosses borders, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission so the protection that follows you is the same as it'd be at home.
12. Children's Data
Reflexsat IPTV is built for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If a parent or guardian believes a minor signed up, write to us and we'll delete the account along with everything attached to it.
13. Security
Every page on this site is served over HTTPS. Subscriber data sits behind access controls, and only staff who genuinely need it can reach it. We review our systems on a regular cycle so weak spots don't fester.
14. Changes to This Policy
We'll tweak this page when products, laws or processors change. The "Effective date" at the top always reflects the current version. If a change matters to your subscription, you'll get an email — no fine print surprises.
15. Contact
Got a question about your data? Use the contact page and we'll get back to you within 48 hours, usually sooner.
